Which consultation should I choose?

An initial consultation is a starting point for assessing your symptoms with our clinic. A second opinion is for reviewing a diagnosis or treatment plan you have already received. You do not need to choose a treatment before booking.

Initial consultation

Choose this if you are coming to the clinic for an assessment of a new problem, or would like to discuss your symptoms and possible next steps. The consultation is an opportunity to explain your history, how the problem affects you and what you hope to get back to doing. Any examination, imaging or further assessment will depend on your circumstances and appointment format.

Appointment formats and fees

The booking form shows the available appointment formats, locations, times and current fee for your chosen service. Review these details before paying. If you are unsure which appointment to choose, our admin team can help with booking arrangements.

Second opinion consultation

Choose this if you already have a diagnosis, scan results or a treatment recommendation and want another clinical opinion before deciding what to do. Bring the questions you want answered and any existing reports, imaging or clinic letters. A second opinion may support the original recommendation or identify other options to discuss; it does not guarantee a different diagnosis or treatment.

What to prepare

Have a short summary of your symptoms, previous treatment and current medicines ready. If you have already had imaging, let the team know and ask how to share the images and report. For a second opinion, include the diagnosis or treatment plan you would like reviewed.
